Please note that only small pets (cats and dogs under 10 kg) are accepted. Pets are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, the health club, and the pool and conference areas of the hotel.
Please note that due to repair works, the pool area will be closed from 14 June to 26 June 2010. On 27 June the entire sauna and pool area will be closed.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 10 to 16 years are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 23.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Dinner costs EUR 18.00 per person per night.
Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
